After inheriting as a new king of Lithuania and Ruthenia, I have a notification that I can create a new title - the Duchy of d_dyn_reb_1136438 (which seems to be a titular duchy).
Clearly this is missing a localisation string, or else should not be generated at all.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Load the save file attached and check the notifications.
