The Rise of the Hansa event revokes a coastal province from a HRE vassal and grants it to the leader of the new merchant league. The event states that they have the blessing of the emperor. However the name used for the emperor is actually the name of the revoked province's previous holder. See enclosed screenshot.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start in the Age of the Mongols bookmark and wait for the event to trigger.
