I am playing as the duke of iceland and I built two great works, a garden and a palace. After inheriting the county of Leinster, both were given to the queen of ireland! She is not my liege, though she is the de jure liege of leinster. She doesn't have any control over the two iceland counties where the great works are located, and I have no way of getting them back...
