All of the above Do you have mods enabled? No Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible. My character, the Pontifex Maximus/Roman Emperor, gets sometimes an event in which he congratulates himself with a letter for the way the Apostolic Palace is administered. I remember the same event working correctly when my character was a vassal, but seems to be problematic now that my character is independent. Steps to reproduce the issue. Load the savegame, the event should be active. Upload Attachment
