All of the above

No
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was playing as the Umayyad's in the 769 start, then converted to Catholic. I requested a coronation from the pope, who in turn requested that I depose the king of Asturias who was excommunicated. I complied, but then my king was assassinated mid war, his heir was still Sunni. The war auto resolved claiming I had fulfilled the demands of the pope. Fast forward a few years for the heir to become adult, and I try to request a coronation, but I can no longer do so because it claims that I have already requested one, even though this current king has not done so. As such I can not be coronated. Attacking them again and winning the war does not solve this issue.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play as a ruler of a different religion.
Convert to Catholicism.
Request coronation.
Have the Pope arrange some requirement (such as depose an excommunicated ruler).
Comply.
Die mid war.
Have your heir be of a different religion (not Catholic)
Convert back to Catholic as your heir.
Mouse over the coronation button and see that it can not be fulfilled because it claims you have already requested one.
