In the 769 and 867 starts, the titular duchy of Drevliana [d_drevlians] exists in eastern Europe (owned by the count of Turov and Korosten in 867, and Lutsk additionally in 769). From doing some research, it looks like tribal duchies used to work differently (I started playing after Holy Fury) and this titular duchy seems to be an artifact of those days. Its a nuisance when playing in Ruthenia and getting the "Too Many Duchies" opinion malus for a duchy that doesn't actually exist.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Opening New Game>Custom Game Startup in 769/867.
