One line summary of your issue
[3.1.1] Occasionally mixed up traits & dynastic CoA for Religious Uprising characters

Game Version
3.1.1

What expansions do you have installed?

The Old Gods

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When a Religious Uprising happens, the leader sometimes won't be a Heresiarch, and the generated characters will sometimes not have the correct religious category assigned for their dynamically-generated Dynastic Coat of Arms. The default for the Coat of Arms error seems to be the standard Jewish/Christian Feudal shield shape, and the Coat of Arms error appears to correct itself a month or two later in some cases. The examples shown in the screenshots below are for an Unreformed Germanic Pagan Uprising for the not-yet-created Duchy of Jemtland, which also resulted in the Uprising claiming the Counties of Osterdalen & Nidaros; there was a Yazidi Uprising for the Duchy of Tangier earlier in the run where one of the dynamically generated commanders had a Feudal dynastic CoA when first examined and the other was the mayor for the only Yazidi province in the Duchy, but the dynastic CoA for the first guy corrected itself upon checking again an in-game month or two later.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Step 1: Wait for a Religious Uprising to occur and succeed.
Step 2: Check the new title owners after the fact.
Step 3: Wait an in-game month or two to see if any of the CoA change.
