Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Starting up as Matilda of Canossa, I seduced the Pope, became pregnant (all different stages) and had a bastard. Then I got married patrilineally (the Pope remained my lover) and about a year later I had another child. This child was born without a known father, without any pregnancy trait or events and without any reaction from either lover or husband. The child was also completely legitimate (no bastard trait) and of my dynasty.
Steps to reproduce the issue.

Sorry, but I really don't know. I had the seduction focus but only ever actively seduced the pope. However, I did bed a guard in an event, but that should cause pregnancy not spontaneous childbirth.
