Loot of a wonder does not remove wonder slots for features
If you loot wonder, it will remove wonder level, but not slots, which is why when you restore wonder, there will be more slots for features than wonder should have.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Build lvl4 wonder
Loot wonder to lvl1
Restore wonder lvls
Check available slots
