EDIT: it seems to be the case for all "de_jure_laws = { }" but not for "laws = { }"

Still an issue in 3.2.1 AZCE. Basically, the opinion malus seems to be applied to all landed characters with governments in the feudal group, rather than only to your vassals.

Government types with opinion malus:

Feudal (vassal (viceroy and non-viceroy) and independent (tributary and non-tributary)):


Imperial elective (non-tributary):


Iqta (non-tributary):


Government types without opinion malus:

Tribal (tributary and non-tributary):


Nomad:


Theocracy (vassal and independent):
