Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
1. You can build a feature for which you need to store a relic, without storing a relic, and it will be active after construction. Construction will be stopped only if you pause construction, to resume construction you will need to store a relic in wonder.
2. You can click on the decision several times until you have clicked on the event, so you can store all your artifacts.
3. However, if you click on the option that has already been clicked before (if you do not have the necessary artifact), you will get an event, on the result of which you die (Funny crutch, but it's still a crutch).
3.5. Death from this event has no localization.
4. This decision has broken localization if your character does not have any relics.
5. Muslims can store multiple relics in cathedrals. This decision does not disappear from a Muslim after he store any artifact. This is because in order to store a relic, feature must be inactive, and it is always inactive for the rulers of a non-Christian religion.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Build the cathedral, start building a relic tomb in it.
1. You should not pause the construction of a tomb.
2. Don't click on any choice in the event, fire event through decision again and again.

4. Do not have any artifacts in your inventory that you can store.
5. A character with a Muslim religion must own a cathedral with a tomb. Click on the decision, select a relic that you want to keep in the tomb. As you will notice, the decision will not disappear.
