With the new patch Lucia's gender is again wrong. It was fixed with last patch making the character female, but now the character is a man again.
The name Lucia is female and also listed correctly as female in the Sardinian name list in the "cultures" file of the game with the Iron Century patch.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start the game as the character "Lucia Sorrenti", byzantine ruler of Sardinia at the earlier (769) start date.
