Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I playing as young Emperor of Hispania, Diego II, descendant of El Cid. His deceased grandfather (his mother died of the Plague before death of his grandfather) becomed saint, but my character and his sister didn't inherit the Saintly Bloodline. This bloodline is patrilineal, but has matrilineal transfer, and emperor's mother was married matrilineally. Bastards cannot inherit this bloodline, but emperor nor his mother aren't bastard.
Interestingly, his legitimized bastard aunt and her children (she was married matrilineally) inherited this bloodline through matrilineal marriage of this mother, aunt of my character, but my character and his sister didn't inherit bloodline despite his mother's matrilineal marriage and matrilineal transfer.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
You must upload a save before emperor becomed saint, but you need a bit of luck, because emperor not always becomes saint.
