I play as an emperor of HRE. I managed to also gain the title of France, Calicia and another kingdom. When I was trying change the crown authority, I found out the level was changing when I opened it. Sometimes the authority is minimum, sometimes is limited, sometimes is medium.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Open the crown authority interface multiple times, you will find the authority level is unstable.
