[3.2.1] Religion.GetFullName localization command does not appear to work.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Whenever the localization command Religion.GetFullName is called, it returns the short name, same as Religion.GetName, rather than the full name. Searching through the game files, it does not appear as though the vanilla religions have a full name defined anywhere. Nevertheless, even a custom religion with a proper <religion_name>_full defined will not return the full name with Religion.GetFullName.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Using the attached simple test decision + localisation, mouse over various npcs and note that both lines of the description match.

To determine that it is not simply the result of a missing localization, duplicate and rename a vanilla religion. Be sure to define both the <religion_name> and <religion_name>_full. Use the console to give a character this religion, and use the localization test from above and note that it returns the <religion_name> on both lines.
