Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Burtas Khaganate has Alan culture, so a Christian Burtas Khagan can use the 'Restore Byzantium' decision to get the Byzantine Empire as a Primary title, allowing them to restore the Roman Empire as a Nomad. However, the Restore Byzantium decision destroys all held Kingdoms, including your Nomadic Clan title. This causes your nomad capital holding, your population and your manpower to disappear, and disqualifies your dynasty from Nomad Succession. Modding the decision in HFP_realm_decisions.txt to not destroy clan titles resolves all issues.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Subjugate the Byzantine Empire as the Burtas Khaganate
- Destroy the Byzantine Empire title
- Revoke the counties in the Duchy of Thrace
- Convert to a Christian religion by decision (concubine, etc)
- Do Restore Byzantium Decision

I really think it would be much more sensible to disable the decision for nomadic or tribal characters.
