One line summary of your issue
[3.2] Disbanded Demesne Levies vanish from existence if disbanded after your war ends

Game Version
3.2

What expansions do you have installed?

Sons of Abraham,
The Old Gods

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Perhaps my checksum or my save data was corrupted - I don't know, I only restarted three times in a row on the same character without quitting the game - but if you call up your demesne levies and your liege levies for a war, and disband them right when the war ends, your own soldiers (not the liege levies) evaporate, unable to be immediately raised, leaving you with only the troops that were in your levy as garrison padding and a few others. This wasn't due to distance, as I disbanded my army in the County that I had just added to my realm, which was right next to my capital County; and the exact same thing happened to the Count I had beaten, only a few in-game days later. I don't know what's causing this, but it happened to me twice in a row.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Step 1: Boot CK2 in Ironman, as the Petty King of Mumu/Munster
Step 2: Declare a de jure claim war on the Count of Desmond
Step 3: Raise your demesne levies and liege levies
Step 4: After resolving the war, with your own troops not on your capital county (but bordering it), disband all troops through the Military menu.
Step 5: Exit the Military tab, and wait a few in-game days for the Factions alert to suddenly tell you that you're massively weaker than the vassal(s) that don't like you.
Step 6: Then check your Military tab
Step 7: Wait a bit, then check the Count of Desmond's profile to see how many troops he has.
