Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was playing the recent Monarch's life as the Theme of Samos. my liege gave me about 7 Themes and i gave my son the county of Kastamon after taking it off of a new vassal. I was forced into a faction by the king of Epirus to install him as emperor and soon after the revolt happened. We were winning but during a battle, my character was killed and my son inherited which kicked me out of the rebellion and i was back under the emperor. The revolt won anyway and i carried on playing but noticed i couldn't declare wars. I figured this was just due to a law which you start with disallowing vassal wars so carried on but about 10 years later started to realise that, despite having a great character with over 20 in 3 stats, i hadn't been offered any positions on the council or even a commander. It was then i took a closer look and realised that the only reason for me not being allowed to declare war, was that i was considered in revolt. After restarting the game, the problem was sorted, i could declare wars and was offered a council position straight away.
