One line summary of your issue
[3.3.0] [XDSW] Updating mods via the content manager causes crash

Game Version
[3.3.0] [XDSW]

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When attempting to update one of my existing mods via the content manager, the game immediately crashes. No mods were enabled at the time, I was just updating a disabled mod. Looking at the workshop, it appears it does try to upload the mod, but I don't think it was successful. I also noticed that the .mod file appears to have been slightly clobbered; there's a closing curly brace inserted at the end. If I remove it, it is re-inserted next time I try to update the mod. Rolling back to 3.2.1 fixed the issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Just update an existing workshop mod from the content manager.
