I had a loan with the Grandmaster of the Assassins that he demanded payment for. The only problem is he had been dead for over two years and I was now the Grandmaster. I didn't know what would happen if I refused and I assumed it would just break the game so I just paid it back.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Take loan from Grandmaster
2. Let the Grandmaster befall a "tragedy" that results in their death and your ascension
3. Have them demand you repay the loan from the grave (they are very serious about their money)
