Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have whole Imperial collection (66 out of 66 items).
The game keeps pestering me with offering a subscription.
If I'll decide to pour extra money in, I'll invest into CK III, thank you.
If, somehow, Subscription offers something I don't have - please state its value clearly.

I have a funny feeling that I did reported this problem some time ago... can't tell for sure where and how though.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Own Imperial Collection at Steam.
Install it.
Run.
Authorize into PDX account in launcher.
Launch actual game.
See absolutely useless offering.

Did you start the game since that ?

It should only appear once.....actually each time you install the game fresh and without a CK2 folder in Documents or specifically its settings.txt.
When you install again or or on a another computer it will show once again.

......

IF the subscription offering nevertheless still appears a second and third time, go to
Documents/Paradox Interative/Crusader Kings 2/
and open the settings.txt file.

Find these two lines and edit them accordingly ::

announcement_seen=2
subscription_highlights=2
