A plethora of Map Issues
Game Version

All of the above

No
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have reported one egregious issue surrounding the county of Luxembourg, Verdun, and Metz previously, but have since noticed many more issues regarding map borders, particularly in relation to rivers.
Largely this involves counties sharing a border when it appears they shouldn't, or not sharing a border when it appears they obviously should. There are more minor issues as well, with counties that state there is a minor river crossing between them when such a statement is a stretch. However the major issues are primarily with navigable rivers, and I will focus on those.
I will lay each of them out in alphabetical order by river, if the river is not listed, then I have not found any major issues with borders associated with it. Also these are based entirely on observations based on the map itself (IE I'm not taking into account any balancing issues, etc.).
Danube: Wurtemberg and Schwaben do not share a river crossing border when they definitely should.
>>Eichstadt and Regensburg do not share a river crossing border when they definitely should.
>>Presporok and Dunaj do share a river crossing border when it appears they shouldn't.
>>Vukovar and Bacs do not share a river crossing border when they definitely should.
>>Belgrad and Bacs do share a river crossing border when they definitely shouldn't.
Dnieper: Lower Dniepr and Chortitza do not share a river crossing border when they definitely should.
Elbe: Wigmodia and Sturmaria do share a river crossing border when it appears they shouldn't.
Ganges: Kumara Mandala and Laksmanavati do not share a river crossing border when they definitely should.
Oka: Murom and Obran Osh do not share a river crossing border when they definitely should.
Pripyat: Pinsk and Vladimir Volynsky do share a river crossing when it appears they shouldn't.
Rhine: Hattandria and Toxandria do not share a river crossing border when they definitely should.
>>Hattandria and Koln do share a river crossing when it appears they shouldn't.
Vistula: Sacz and Sandomierz do share a major river crossing when it should only be a minor river crossing.
Volga: Kerzhenets and Obran Osh do not share a river crossing border when it appears they should.
>>Kerzhenets and Ashli do not share a river crossing border when they definitely should.
>>Kerzhenets and Qazan have a major river crossing between them when they are linked by land.
