This is a modding issue. In the Middle-Earth mod, the need to represent very old characters means dates can be large (like 11300 or so). I've found that using the add_age command fails to work properly: if the DOB of the character afterwards should be >= 10000, they get a DOB of 9999.1.1 instead.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Use add_age on a character in such a way that the Date of Birth should be >= 10000. for example, add 100 to a character that was previously 30 in the year 11361 (war of the ring bookmark). They show up as 1362 years old, with a DOB of 9999.1.1
