I was wondering why agantic gavelkind succession would move up nephew in line of succession when his mother dies. Unfortunately could tell me why, so I wonder if this might be a bug or something:
I am a male King with no male offspring of my own.
I have a (half-)sister with a son.
My succession law is agnatic gavelkind.
Heir to my throne is some random kinsman only far related the King.
However this: When my halfsister dies, her son becomes next in line of succession
This makes most sense as the title would fall back to my father and then to his next valid heir.
As my father is already death the titles should go to his heir which is my nephew.
But the throne would only do this if, and only if, my sister was already dead
Does that makes sense in any kind or is this a bug somehow?
