If AI is granted more than maybe three minor vicerory titles, sometimes they will destory one of them. It doesn't have to happen but can be encountered sometime, and they just destory one only. I give AI titles with de jure land.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Grant AI more than three vicerory titles with the de jure country titles.

If AI is granted more than maybe three minor vicerory titles, sometimes they will destory one of them. It doesn't have to happen but can be encountered sometime, and they just destory one only. I give AI titles with de jure land.
