There's a new de jure duchy of Amalfi, but it removed Amalfi from the kingdom of Sicily

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Duchy of Amalfi contains one county (Amalfi) at early starts and is titular after 1052. I agree that it should have a de jure liege kingdom at least when it's not titular. Should it also have a de jure kingdom at later start dates when it's titular?

I don't think titular duchies can have de jure kingdoms.

Edit: Actually I think titular kingdoms can have de jure empires (e.g. Israel and Arabia), so maybe titular duchies can have de jure kingdoms?
