When the "Groom an Heir" ambition is selected, it becomes fulfilled when you legitimize an adult male bastard son, even if he is invested as a Bishop and therefore ineligible. This is likely to also be the case for monk, eunuch and blinded sons, where those conditions apply.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Select "Groom an Heir" ambition
- Invest recognized, illegitimate bastard son as a bishop
- Legitimize your bishop bastard son ((Anti)Pope Pepin the Hunchback, as per tradition)
- Observe that the "Groom an Heir" ambition is now fulfilled, even though you have only legitimized an ineligible heir
- Repeat steps for monk, eunuch and blinded sons, where those conditions apply, and observe that they probably also fulfill these conditions.
