One line summary of your issue
Awkward Port Placement in Kola

Game Version
3.0.1

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
While most ports are placed in locations that make sense for the province, and usually as close to the settlement as possible, there are a few awkwardly placed ones (Innse Gall and Kutch on islands other than where the settlement's for example), but none of these other awkward placements have gameplay-influencing characteristics.... Except Kola.

Kola is one of the largest counties by area, has the longest coastline, and the settlement is located near the extreme south along the White Sea.

To blockade the port for that settlement, you would have to do it with a fleet in the North Atlantic, however, as the port is located North of where Murmansk is today, at the extreme North of the County.

The port or settlement should be moved so they make sense next to each other.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Look at any map.
