Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Literaly all the shields for non-Muslims are Blacked.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start a game
All of the non-Muslim Dysnasty and Nation Shields should be black.

You need to delete gfx folder under .../Documents/Paradox/CK2/

The game will recreate the folder the next time you launch and will correct the problem.
