Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In the image I clearly form the bloodline which should trigger the Bloody Line achievement, in an Ironman game. In fact I'm pretty sure when my character died I became his brother and I formed the bloodline a second time.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start a Shattered World game in 769, Tribal & Nomads, Count size only, 7 holdings in each province, somehow survive long enough to reform the Tengri religion into a Blood Thirsty religion and get over 300 people in your prison, I don't really know how I did that during my conquests but that's how it ended up, then proceed to sacrifice enough of them to form the bloodline.
