The plot power for the Revoke Title plot, when enabled with the Ruthlessness bloodline, is pitifully low, compared to murder plots. I am not sure if it is supposed to be this way, so I submit some images of the difference for your review. Having positive relations with about 85% of my vassals, I basically have to bribe everyone in the realm to push the plot to the 80% necessary to fire the event, and curiously, the plot power shoots up by about 1000% once the event is triggered.
Since the ruthlessness bloodline "Revoke Plot" feature was conspicuously broken in previous game versions, and since it is an infrequently used function which therefore probably receives little attention, I am not sure if this is a continuing problem with the function, or if it is supposed to be this way. As it is, I do not find it useful at all, and even with the bloodline option, I would prefer using the other methods to revoke vassal titles, by provoking their rebellion or simply eating the opinion malus.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Acquire "Ruthlessness" Event Chain Bloodline
- Compare plot power for assassination vs revoke title on same target
- If possible, push plot over threshold, which may be possible by bribing nearly everyone in the realm when vassal relations are high
- Observe huge change in plot power once "revoke title" decision is chosen, shown in last image - perhaps this reflects what the plot power was meant to be?
