Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
cant raise levies of my newly appointed viceroy of great britain. i dismissed all levies i control and the military tab says that i am able to raise 16k troops but the button is greyed out.
before the appointment i revoked a duchy belonging to one of the kingdom titles from a now-baron inside my demesne to get direct hold of that barony again. is this an issue?
i saved and loaded but the problem persisted.
Edit: problem resolved on its own.. few months later i was able to raise them again, when "depleted" handful of levies regenerated to full. idk how to delete this report >.<
