Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Game started in version 3.0 in ironman + shattered world, county of Toulouse. Upgraded to 3.1 then currently 3.1.1. Now playing as a catholic emperor having the Pope as a vassal.
The pope owes me a favor but it can't be used to be crowned without penalty, see attached screenshot.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Have the pope as a vassal
Make him owe you a favor
Ask him to be crowned emperor
