Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
after the update to latest version the flags have become all black. I've deleted Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\gfx\flags folder, and restarted, but the issue doesn't get solved. I also tried removing the whole game twice but it didn't work either.

I can't reproduce this bug on my setup. We think this might be related to antivirus software as we are currently having other graphical issues tied to that. If you have antivirus software on your computer, could you try to 1) either white listing CK2 in it or temporarily disabling it, and 2) while this is done deleting your gfx/flags folder again and restarting the game?
