When i first launched the game after the 3.1 update, I looked at all the start date selection screens, and they all showed the Greek province of Chalkidike as wasteland. When playing, it is always independent. I had mods enabled, so I disabled all of them, but the issue did not go away. There is already a mod on the workshop that fixes this issue so I know I am not the only one experiencing it.
