CK II - Character Modifiers do not increase levy size.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Any Character Modifier, like Military Reform, ..

There is no "Military Reform" character modifier.
At least i can't find one in the localisation folder.

global_levy_size works fine on characters, as far as i can see.

Sorry, yeah appears to be a HIP modifier. Try instead highway_robber_band ( loc= text1.csv) line 753 in 00_event_modifiers.txt
levy_size = just has no effect
Editing it to global_levy_size = also does not work for me, the tooltip changes to demesne levy size, but the numbers don't change.

highway_robber_band is not a character modifier.

levy_size works for province modifiers.
global_levy_size for character modifiers.
As far as i can see and test.
