Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I started in 769 Duke of Kanem. The son of the duke has zero in all stats. I have not as yet run the game to see if he gets any childhood stats. I have not tried any other ruler.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start a game as Duke of Kanem and see if his child has any stats.

Aren't all children without congenital traits born with 0 in all stats?

I should have written "child generated". but he's getting traits right now (fussy, curious)

I believe all 0 year olds will start with 0 in all stats(Unless they are genius, attractive etc.) But They will gradually gain stat points and traits as they age so I think its working as designed.

Children are perfectly capable of being born with 0 base in their stats, aye.

Maybe I misunderstood the patchnotes but it basically said that auto generated children will no longer have 0 in all stats and not get childhood traits. In any case the child in question is getting childhood traits so this bug appears to be fixed.

That was an issue in the family generation gamerule being fixed where every character generated for families on game start would have 0 as their base stat for every stat. 0 is still a valid number to have as a base stat.

I just started in socotra and my child is 12 years old and a 0-0-0-0-0. Every other child is the same.
