Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Simply cannot choose my new child's name - I only receive information that there is new child born for Emperor named...
It's occurring for... 20 years I believe, but previously I thought maybe there's a issue with mother, maybe some mechanism I'm not familiar with.
But my new Emperor also has this problem. I believe it's some save's corruption - I loaded save made 20 years earlier - I can freely name my new born.
I check (by Steam) if files are OK - they are. I reinstalled, even checked game's files by Validator (and there was a LOT of reports) - still I cannot name my child.
Is there a way to repair file? I can replay recent ~20 years, but I would be happy to be able to repair file.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Wait for 24 XI - new, random named hier is born.
