One line summary of your issue
CK II - 3.3.0 (YDSW) Monarch's Journey not recording a controlled Province

Game Version
3.3.0 (YDSW)

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I first noticed the province account was off when I got to 12, and it said I only had 11. As of right now, I control 13 of the 15 provinces (all but Devon and Cornwall), and it says I control 12/15, and that "Available Score: 2". It would be impossible to finish if that was the case.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Restarted game, same issue.

I have the same problem, only I also have a suspicion as to why this is happening. Anjou seems to be the problem, as I reached 14/15 provinces without conquering Anjou, then got the province and it didn't trigger the completion. So I checked on the province and noticed that one of the baronies isn't under my control, but is instead in the possession of a holy order.

For some reason, the "Anjou Holdings" CB doesn't work? Apparently I can't use that on holy orders? Anyhow, I can't guarantee that this is indeed the issue, but if you could check on your provinces and see if you perhaps also don't COMPLETELY control one of the them, I think we can be pretty certain of our culprit.

That's a bingo. I had a holy order castle in one of my other provinces. Expelled them, and it counted. Thanks.

This is the answer, you need to completely control all provinces. This should be clear from the instructions in most or near all challenges where this is the case but I agree it isn't clear in this one!
