Something seems wrong with the amount of actual vassals recognized in the vassal limit. See game attachments:
Ironman_Neill.ck2 : Game started in 3.3, I have 1 vassal according to the vassal limit, but in reallity I have 8.
Lodbrok_continued : Game started in 3.2.2 same issue occured instead of 20-ish vassals I have in reality, I have only 8
Arabian_Empire769_01_01 : just checked if the same happened in a new game and there as well it is incorrect 31 vassals according to the limit while actual vassals are 35-ish
Steps to reproduce the issue.
I do not know, it seems to get worse gradually when playing the game, but is wrong from the beginning
