One line summary of your issue
CK II - (ONDO) - Inheriting Holy Order expulsion modifiers

Game Version
3.0.1

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I think this might be an oversight but the decision to expel a Holy Order appears to be inheritable. Although it might be as intended that there should be severe penalties for doing this, there simply seems to be no means of rectifying the issue.

If it is possible to expel the Jews and welcome them back, it should really be similarly possible to welcome back a holy order for a hefty penalty. I'm certain that this modifier shouldn't be inheritable either.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Load up the Kingdom of Jerusalem start.
2. Let a holy order in (give them a barony).
3. Expel them.
4. Kill your character.
5. Your heir inherits the modifier and there are no means to mitigate it.
