One line summary of your issue
CK2 3.3.0 (XDSW) - Opening the Dynasty Customizer for any Pagan Replaces Unique Shields

Game Version
3.3.0 (XDSW)

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When playing as a Pagan ruler with a unique dynasty shield, if you open the House Customizer, it erases the unique dynasty shield with a plain, generic Christian one. This makes you unable to use the House Customizer to change the dynasty name without losing your unique shield-of-arms.

This problem does not extend to Christian characters. I have tried it with both Norse and Slavic pagans, and neither retains their weapon coat.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Start a new game with a pagan ruler with a unique dynasty shield, for example King Sigurdr af Munsö of Sweden or Duke Budimir Trpimirovic of Croatia in the 769 start

2. Open the House Customizer from the Dynasty Tree/House Viewer window

3. Unique coat-of-arms is replaced with a generic one.
