Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I won the initial start invasion over England. Then I conquered de jure areas for England. Now I have both kingdoms of england and norway and their de jure lands except I didn't get the limited time achievement and its 3 points.

I don't have any dlc but the forum forced me to state at least one dlc owned.

I do not have Iceland. In-game it says it does belong to the Kingdom of Norway even though it isn't in a duchy? I can make all the duchies

Iceland is the tricky one. You need cumberland from Scotland and Jat something or another from Sweden. Scotland is easy one you take England but its trickier to get Sweden because of the defensive pacts. Iceland will vassalize immediately, or at least, it did for me. France is key to this by the way. Grab them for your English and Sweden wars and you are good to go.
