Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have been playing CK2, both with and without mods, yet whatever I try I still cannot access the Religion tab without crashing my game to desktop

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Have the above DLC installed, launch CK2, start game, click on religion tab

Doesn't happen to me when i start in 936 with Connacht.
Tested this with all DLCs and only the DLCs you used.

Must be one of your mods or a corrupt installation.
When playing withut mods, be sure you have the checksum SOHY at the launcher at start top right and after start in the main menu bottom left.

If you load a save file made with mods without these mods running, then the issue can still be inside the save file data, so start a fresh
campaign without mods to to check this. When it crashes then still you'll know it's not the mods and that you need a fresh installation.
