Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I am a non-de jure vassal of my liege, and gathered a faction to push my (weak) claim for his main duchy title.
Everything goes well, but when peace is settled, he keeps all vassals outside the de jure duchy, including those in my faction, as he has another duchy to which they suddenly all belong.
This may in principle be working as intended, but feels deeply unreasonable given how secondary his other duchy is (e.g. he holds no land in it). He is even imprisoned by me, but I cannot really use that for anything.
Also, it would allow a clear exploit: Create new title equivalent to top title, and only lose de jure land in faction war
