Clan Relation Lines do not scale with UI scaling

Tried without mods and issue did not change.
The blue and red lines that show relations between clans in a nomad government does not scale if the UI is scaled up. It is still offset in it's original position. I changed back to 1.0 scaling, and it went back to normal.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Change scaling to anything above 1.0 (I use 1.15) and then view the Clans tab of a nomad nation.
