Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Designated heir is Placidia Sorrenti, one of my granddaughters under Absolute Cognatic Primogeniture with heir designation. However, I have a title loss on succession for the Hellenic religious head title, which is going to a different granddaughter (Lia Sorrenti). Both are hellenic and children of the same (dead) son.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
See attached save. Note the heirs to my primary title and the collegium pontificum. Also, observe the weirdness if you make the collegium your primary title and then make a custom empire from it.
If I legitimize one of my two bastard daughters and make her the heir, I don't have a title loss indicator. (Try legitimizing Puyanatay.. Or saying it five times fast XD)
