Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I've repeatedly experienced an issue where after a victorious crusade my beneficiary does not receive the kingdom in question. They stay unlanded and the original ruler keeps his realm intact, despite us winning the crusade and I being the greatest contributor.
Another time, toward the end of an iron game run, we won the crusade and one of my vicereine "queens" managed to become the greatest contributor. Somehow this made her independent of me, even though her beneficiary was someone else, and a large chunk of my realm suddenly disappeared when those viceroyalties became regular kingdoms for her, the new independent queen.
Since that was an iron man save where I was going for achievements, I was... less than pleased, and am currently trying to avoid playing Catholics.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Unfortunately, I have no idea what may have caused any of these issues, or of any common denominators there may be.
