No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Not sure if this can be classified as a bug, but whenever the Duchy of Badajoz has a top liege of Visigothic, Basque, Castillian, Catalan, or Portuguese culture, it is renamed as "Extramedura". The cultural renaming is not the problem. It's that the word is misspelled.

It's not Extramedura, but "Extremadura", which is a compound of the Latin words "extrema" and "dura", which translates from Latin into "outermost hard", referring to the outermost secure border of an occupied territory.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
It's reproduced by starting the game. The misspelling is present in the landed_titles.txt file.

I would like to report that this is still happening in version 3.3.3.
