Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
French woman portraits coming with Holy Fury have a bug which makes majority of them earless. It mostly goes unseen because of different hairstyles and head coverings. The problems is that there are 12 ear slots and only 4 ears, and if the wrong one is "selected" then the portrait is earless. You can see that if you go inside Ruler Designer and go thru ears on female portrait.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Issue is always present when the game has Holy Fury i.e. French Portrait Pack enabled. To see more into it:
1. Select any French character start.
2. Select Ruler Designer.
3. Select female portrait.
4. Browse thru female ears. Notice there are 12 pairs offered, but (as normally with newer portrait packs) only 4 actually present. That results with missing ears.
